Incorporated in February 2022, the Company is a fully-integrated fabric manufacturing and processing company that engages in the manufacture of value-added textile products. This includes manufacture of 100% cotton fabric, cotton lycra (stretch) fabric, cotton blends and polyester blends, and also the processing of 100% cotton, cotton blends, P/V and polyester fabrics. Following the acquisition of an existing textile processing unit in 2022 and commissioning of a cotton fabric processing plant in July 2024, the Company shifted from the job-work processing-based model to the manufacturing led model. The Company's manufacturing plant is situated in Bhilwara, Rajasthan covering an area of about 49,540 sq. metres with an annual processing capacity of 82.44 million metres. Modern textile processing machinery is available at the factory site and the following processing operations are undertaken at the plant: bleaching, dyeing and finishing. The Company offers diverse range of products which include 100% cotton fabrics, cotton lycra (stretch) fabrics, cotton blends and polyester blends. On 31st July 2026, the Company employed 979 persons in total.
